My name’s Tímea Szőkéné Pöszér.
I graduated as a catering manager first, then I got a degree in Tourism Economics and Management. I also studied event management.
I ended up in a four-star hotel where I got an insight into different kinds of weddings. There I admired the most beautiful wedding decorations and accessories. However, I continued to work in catering for nearly eight years. I have learnt a lot of important things which I can use now. For example planning a menu , pairing drinks with food, table setting etc.
Then I started to plan my own wedding, and better and better ideas were coming up. I spent really long hours planning, I wanted everything to be perfect for us.
The idea and the inspiration that I would like to get involved in this wonderful job came after acknowledged professionals had complimented me on planning my own wedding. It dawned on me that I can make other people pleased as well.
So I did a course in wedding planning and conference and cultural event management to be able to become a professional. I plan other people’s weddings like my own – with the same effort and enthusiasm; everything must be perfect – in other words – the dreams of each couple must come true.
I’m a friendly, outgoing, smily, accurate, reliable, punctual, perfectionist person with empathy. Whatever I do I have my heart in it.
